• @gerikramertattoos I was asked to do some ‘cool traditional-ish flowers’ and given very little direction. This is what happened!I thrive when I’m given a clear goal, and a loose style cue - it’s in that place where I find I’m the most capable of creation. When we put the stencil on, it just fit the space so beautifully, I think we only needed to make one alteration for it to be a perfect fit!The tattoo took me 1 and a half hours, start to finish. The scrubbed in dotwork shading is something that moves so quickly. I think it’s because it’s a little less painful, and when I’m not worrying about how much hurt you’re experiencing, I can just get it done.My books are closed to new submissions, because you have all completely overwhelmed me with really great projects!! It’s likely they will not be reopening until the new year, but I’ll keep you posted!
